Yousaf is such an inspiring personality..

He is an amazing person leader and bother. I have worked with him and I really like him as a person and as a boss as well :)

He himself is a great man no doubt abt that, but TS should train their TL's to grasp the concept of how they can help thier agents to grow as a professional instead of consistently pressurizing them with the typical motto "get sales and the floor is your to play. I myself have decent numbers in my campaign but thier is no growth in my career as a professional, eventhough i've spent a decent amount of time here, still if you are someone who really wants to elevate in his career as a professional don't come here if you do, choose wisely who will be your immediate supervisor, or it will drain you mentally.
