Request for a video: Subscription trap, happening almost everywhere, let’s say LinkedIn tells you that 1 month subscription is free just provide your credit card details, after a month they charge you in full without any reminder. I think it is unethical, they should give at least one reminder/24 hours notice before charging hefty amount.

ESOP is the most effective way to solve Income Inequality in India as companies always try to over exploit employees and transfer these benefits to Owners & ESOP gives a share in this ownership to employees

ESOPS are a good way but the problem is with startups and many major tech companies they will give u ESOP with a lesser take home salary which is even openly told by many companies plus there is a locking period before u can even avail the benefits of these ESOPS like cappgemini locking period of ESOP during my college placement period in 2018 was 5 years means for eg u get placed in cappgemini and u r offered ESOP then u have to work for 5 years in that company to avail the benefits of ESOPand if u try to leave even after 3 years those ESOPS will not be applicable to that employee and will be transferred to the company it was clearly stated that time that is why I know this means indirect bond plus think about it if u r in a toxic work culture and u resign after 3 years ur not getting profits company is still making profits and 5 years is a long time anything can happen recession,pandemic,company scandals or any major catastrophe ur ESOPS may be useless after 5 years or corporations will simply not offer u ur benefits citing legal loopholes which these major corporations know pretty well how to exploit them

Har company Google nhi hot Laxman😅. What I mean is that it is difficult to predict whether a startup will become big or go to ruins. Take my example, my manager offered me to take equity instead of salary. His business idea seemed pretty promising and I did consider the offer but I needed money at that time so I took salary only. Today that project is stuck and so is the investors' money. I feel lucky that I dodged a bullet. But anyways thanks for sharing information 😊.

Those who wants to know what ESOP is in easy words read it below ESOP(Employees Stock Option Plan):- Under Section 62(1)(b) of the Companies Act,2013, a company may offer shares to its employees under a scheme of 'Employee Stock Option' by passing a special resolution at the general meeting of the company. It is a right of the employee not just an option. Under this, employees are offered shares cheaper in price than the value at which it is being sold in the market. In simple words, shares sold at a discount for their employees than the value in the market. This was introduced to develop a sense of belongingness towards the company for its employees.
