Going on a ride along with a company next week to evaluate my experience as an installer. I got this far along the process from personal experience. I installed a small backup solar system with a battery bank at my house and showed the company some pictures of what I did. I also have some DIY Electrical experience I told them about. I’m a bit nervous because My system is quite small compared to most systems they handle, but hopefully my DIY experience will pay off and they will offer me a position 🤞

Imma criticize you. My crew does 2 jobs a day and we still don’t reach 40 hours a week (panel pay is great). And why are y’all wearing hard hats on the roof? What’s gonna fall on you?

How's your quality and safety though? It's not always about raw production. They're likely using the hardhats for shade
