Totally misleading title...... This should read 'what a talent agent does'. It does not give you a clue on the process to becoming a talent agent 😡😠

Well I hope you started in the mail room soon after posting this. Everyone has to start there before becoming an assistant and then finally an agent.... and it takes several years.

Excellent information. I would recommend changing the title to A Day In the Life of a Talent Agent, since the focus is more on what it’s like, than how to get there.

I'm currently taking classes at Full Sail university majoring in Entertainment Business because this is the kind of work I want to do, but not just limit myself to Actors/Actresses. Ultimately running my own business. Any suggestions for someone just starting out?

Yes, I would love to work with singers Rappers, Musicians ect. I use to play Saxophone so music is definitely in my heart. I just don't want to limit myself

I m inbetween of loving home improvement my whole life n. Dont have acting expierence with acting but them are my favorite tv shows i just have the bitching expierence i love housewifes of jersey i love working with people but kinda shy with reading outta books n stuff im trying to stay fulltime in arizona but i always wanted to do something like this but im working on my weight also i wish i had an agent to help me figure something out because i love bitching n im good at that but i also would love to learn to act someday too when i was younger i had my cousin help me in glory of love padgents n crowlys modeling my mom doesnt really help modiviate me as much as she used to but i think this is something id love to do someday ...

As mentioned in the video she says you have to have.a creative major or minor in college as well as a business major or minor. So if you don't know anyone in the industry your best bet would be to go to college and get a degree in communication studies, media, marketing, business management

Dee no I’m saying bc it’s America we have to. There’s people who are 20 something late 20’s who still can’t afford a 1 bedroom bc rent is ridiculous even if they make awesome money. You shouldn’t have to kill your self you’re correct. It is very hard though.
