The genius of the lieutenant is that he can speak freely unlike the pre-recorded audio of the storm troopers and Kylo Ren and he has a good amount of knowledge about Star Wars canon history

I wonder if that Lieutenant has played any character in Disneyland aside from this. I know characters rotate their roles.
