I was very excited to start teaching at Waldorf, but you're required to study Rudolf Steiner's race theories. He claimed that people with darker skin would have to reincarnate a few times before becoming white. I know the kids and their parents will never hear about Steiner, but they consider this race theory to be the base of Antroposophy and it's mandatory training material for every new teacher.
