The way I reached success was to work hard for 40yrs. And all the situations I was dealing with helped me to learn and grow without the spotlight so that when Igetin the spotlight I am ready. Jay thank you for being one of my best lifecoaches.

It's helping me to learn, to listen other people and that is how all this faith writing myself and being uncomfortable about the way I act started. Thinking more deeply about life. It's helping me to acknowledge that I can still grow as a person as a father. I am here having the opportunity to learn from you. I am writing even though I am not a writer. I started to learn things that I always wanted. I Come to find out that I can have it for free. It helps to be alone. Nowbody likes to be away from everyone and everything that they love. There you grow because you have too.

Hi Jay Shetty I am a Psychodynamic therapist in childhood trauma and unhealthy learned behaviour, at Birkbeck University in London, I later did NLP with Richard Bandler and Toby and Kate Mccarthy in London, which has taught me so much about myself, learning and healing my own childhood trauma, and become the confident positive woman I am today with my own spirituality and my journey and awakening of my heart soul empathy trust patience compassion and unconditional love. I have educated myself and the greatest thing for me is to help others with similar experiences as myself, I had no one to help me I moved from Stirlingshire in Scotland to London 25 years ago worked in health care, I fell ill and went to see a careers advisor she said did ever think about doing counselling she reckoned I had qualities to become a counseller. I went to collage to do GCSES did it and got into Burkbeck University Psychodynamic, which I loved learning about child development, attachment, loss, Trauma, to where I started 8 years ago it took me, I am dyslexic and dispraxic but I did get help from learning support, when I did courses at NLP hypnotherapy, meditation, mindfulness, couching, practitioner, I learned about meditation, mindfulness, couching practitioner teaching, meditation, us when I ground my self and positivity compassion gratitude coming from my heart, I have experiences where I have reactions from like minded people as myself and I am about to do a crystal healing course in alternative medicine , I have a calmness that a lot of people pick up on m, I do not have a problem with silence that's when I think deeply about things being dyslexic I use all my senses. Two weeks ago I went to get my second corona virus jab the nurse that was giving me the jab asked me some questions, she asked where I was from I said I am from Scotland but been living studying working and singing I am a classically trained singer also. The nurse said to me that made sence that a worked as a therapist because my voice is calming and that I it suited me that career path, I love what I do not out of ego because I care compassionately about human beings and all cats wild and domestic cats. I.have been listening to you for years you and others Richard Bandler John Grinder and Milton Erickson on NLP in the 1970s also Carl Jung Carl Rogers and Anna Fruid and you Jay shetty thank you for doing what you do to teach and help us develop inbecoming who I am today I have had one heck of a journey I left school at 16 with only a singing certificate look what I have done in the last 8 years blessings gratitude peace prayers health joy laughter music 🎶🎵and unconditional love to you and your lovely wife and a great couple Glynis Alexandra xxxxxxxxx ❤❤❤❤❤💜💜🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹😻😻😽😼😻😽

Thanks much, Jay for sharing those insights. Great that you give a summary at the last part as it helps us process key points discussed. "20 years is the key to overnight success". :) Nailed it coz there's no shortcut. It's a consistent process that started from a single STEP + hard work, moving forward towards our goal. Take the time to know our passion, our BIG WHY, our MEANING in what we do...to keep us going. Let everything that we go through make us BETTER IN CHARACTER & in competence. Being of service to others takes its spot in every equation of fulfillment. Creating the two frames of hard & easy road is a good activity for MENTAL STRENGTH. BALANCE is recognizing & acting on our priorities on life. Worthwhile to watch again for notes & action points.- AHA Moment, 6/16/18

Troy Hagen I am 62 and going through health issues. It is like my body has become the ememy.. But a door opened that lets me use my degree at home as a tutor.. is there a skill you could teach? If you were a waiter, could you teach people how to be an incredible waiter? Can you write an ebook? By our age, we know "stuff" so we may have information people need.
