Thank you so much for this. I've had an issue with anger for year's, but it's always linked to people being disrespectful towards others, especially animal's. I lose my shit in .5 seconds and it's draining. Even being very spiritual and knowing I should just observe the emotion and let it go, there are certain instances when I still explode and then the downhill slide of feeling regretful. 😔

@k39564
@k39564 Жыл бұрын
how did you learned to deal with it. most people just mirror their parents and don't even seem to be aware of it. maybe its just me but some people talk with an anger tone in their voice. and having that tone makes anger come out of them very quickly. it sounds like if they dint really change their tone in voice, it sounds like they just got a little bit more angry. am I crazy for thinking/perceving this?

@@mahwahazet4133 The gut in only ONE cause of depression. Other causes can be living with someone who insults you all the time. Not getting affection that you need. Not enough exercise. As adults we might be parenting ourselves negatively instead of positive self encouragement if we were raised that way. There are many causes of depression. I stuff my anger down because I don't trust myself to explain my anger without hurting the other persons feelings and losing them from my life or causing a big fight that I feel guilty over. In my experience when I do tell someone I'm angry with them it always gets put back on me as my fault and never goes well so I bottle it up until it just explodes out of me and then I REALLY feel guilty. I feel that if I'm angry I'm just not being compassionate enough. I've never learned how to express my negative feelings. I always feel I need to be positive.
