Thanks for covering this topic I work as Atlassian consultant and yes Atlassian growing rapidly in upcoming years we can see with help of Atlassian stack companies will be able to handle process be it DevOps,ITSM,ESM,Agile This seems to be very rare combination. Honestly only jira is not going to help as companies stack are different you need to learn Public Cloud and some open source DevOps tools as well.
