Fun fact: the last non-cardinal to become pope only did so because 2 groups of cardinals refused to elect a pope for about 3 years, so he told them to stop messing around and choose someone, and he was chosen. He made 2 decrees: 1, that popes could retire, and 2, that he was retiring as pope

This is false, completely made up. He never retired, he died 5 years later. The main thing he did was changing the election. Basically he made rules like the cardinals can't leave the place of the election, among other rules. The pope makes the rules, so they can just retire anyway.

We do need better qaulifications for President of the United States. Here are my recommendations: 1) MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. A bishop doesn't have to die or retire for you to become one. If a bishop needs help for various reasons you can become a bishop coadjutor. Though that is usually if a bishop is near his retirement age. But there is no exact rule

@@kurozumi9834 yes, a percent of tithes go to the Vatican, but perhaps even more income is from the interest on wealth collected from over a thousand years. No one knows for sure how wealthy the Vatican is, but it’s likely north of 15 billion dollars worth. It’s not clear what percent of that is interest bearing investments though.

Would be possible. With 200 people and just 4 matches a day every 6 days. That is 24 matches a week, which would take some weeks. Throw in that people would start to complain because someone says the other cheated, and you have your months and as a record years
