One of the coolest "old time" strongman demo was bending a nail/spike. In this video, Bud demonstrates this with a 60 penny nail...i.e. a big, thick one.
This requires SERIOUS hand and upper body strength...
Unfortunately, Bud passed away in 2022. I consider myself lucky to be a friend of his! He was an amazing human being.

A well-spoken guy, he should start his own channel for this type of content. KZfaq is certainly lacking in that department. It used to be great but nowadays its just filled with kids doing dumb challanges and screaming like its d-day while playing stupid and pointless videogames. Awesome video!

You got more power than you know buddy!!! My father Johnny Guajardo #ELCHANGO from Hondo, TX would bend those nails between his knuckles . If you can believe that. Haven't met or heard anyone else that could do it like that since his passing in 85.
