Threaded Optimization gives more load on the cpu so turning it on is actually bad for valorant fps. Also setting priority to high in the task manager resets after the program closes so you have to set it manually in the regedit.

put power management mode in normal or adaptive. Maximum performance just takes extra energy for 1-3 fps increase.

Actually don't mess with priorities in task manager. Don't set highest priorities if u have low end pc/laptop. Because if u will lag, it can happen so that the game is higher priority than ur mouse or some windows functions, and u won't be able to close the game or anything. I once set my games to "real time" priority on my old pc, and i couldnt even turn off my pc😂
