Good job guys. It is a lot of fun making hot sauce. Most of all, it is cool eating a sauce that YOU control. I am interested to know how thick that sauce was a day later. You used a LOT of xanthan gum. Having experience with the ingredients you put in the habanero sauce, i KNOW that tasted good. Thanks for the video. I am going to subscribe to you youtube.
