Waddup wavy, I just wanted to say I really appreciate all the videos you done for the people who needed your help in areas that were difficult understanding. I got a question for you, So once I bounced the track that I completed (mixing & mastering) I went to listen in my car (the mp3 version) and it was really low and far in the background as if I squashed it but when I went back to the wav version it was perfect. How do I get my mp3 to sound like my wav version?

'ey man some of us have more complex issues then this like, what's the difference between bouncing the mix as a oppesed to bouncing the master track, and before I make more financial commitments, why do all my bounces sound like shit compared to my session mix? Is it a hardware issue or am I missing a key thing? I would love the help

Could somebody please help me with a PT issue. When I bounce the mix the sound is turned down a lot. I have tried mastering the track with a limiter BEFORE bouncing and I still get have the same issue in the resulting wav file. PLEASE HELP.

Why not bounce to a submix channel first? That way the master fader is pulling off the compression and whatnot during the fadeout?

Why record at 48K 24 bit if you're going to bounce to 41.2K 16 bit? What's the advantage?
