I'm obviously white as hell and I have a beautiful mixed daughter. I watched one of you tutorials on your beautiful wife a year ago for braiding in hair and let me tell you, your tutorials have helped so much in being able to braid my daughters hair that makes her feel like the fabulous black queen she is! Ok out of all the videos I’ve watched in years yours is the best. You take it slow, you explain, you repeat examples and motions, you take your time knowing someone on the other side of the screen is trying to learn a difficult thing. Everyone else is fast and doesn’t really show what they are doing and doesn’t explain well. You’re amazing!

Can't thank u enough. I've only been braiding for 6 yrs but I learned alot. 1.how to get rid of that annoying line down the middle of indvl braids 2.easy sizing! I do have a ring of indvl braid size choices. But to gauge the size right away, especially when doing the perimeter which needs to be smaller to discourage alopecia- this method is simple and genius. Never looked at it that way. Thank you so much! I wasn't going to watch this beginner's tutorial but I did anyway because I just like the concise way u explain everything. I'm sooooo glad I did!

Thank you for these videos. I've been watching and practicing different styles since learning that I'm expecting a girl. I should have learned a long time ago, but these are simple enough that I can catch on rather quickly. Thank you!

Amazing. When I was training to be a hairdresser I took another extension on my course as I wanted to do hair for ALL people.y instructor was the most confusing person on the planet. I wish you where available then. Would have saved my friends alot of headache lol my best mates mother used to laugh and tell me I would get there ( she showed me once and told me I must learn quick, she wants her hair done hahahaha ).

I like this method. My braider spins the extension around my hair at the base, making it too tight. 😫

Just learned my son has traction alopecia..anytime his hair was braided tightly, he would get bald spots..thank you Lynwood..
@GetGlamFam
@GetGlamFam 3 жыл бұрын
My pleasure! If the spots are still bald or thin, massage the areas daily with a very small amount of oil on the. finger tips. The massage helps stimulate the circulation to help regrow the hair in the area. The oil just provides a bit of lubrication so you aren't causing undue friction and breakage.
