I have like one breakdance move that i can do from as long as i remember (no kidding, like 5 hear old or smth) i dont go to dance school cause i am to much of an introvert. When you do this at a party, everyone just claps and vibes along. These are the moment i like about parties, there is no interaction , but you feel the power of people just admirring what you do. (It helps that i dont drink and everyone else does, so i am the only one that is able to do this and everyone is impressed easier

I made up my own move: So you drop, put your arm behind your torso to catch yourself Turn your body so that you're facing down and hop back up to spin really quick, stop, then bounce back up. (See if you can do it)

I'm not the video guy but I say that you definitely can learn to breakdance. Having a fit body will always help, but I've seen large people do great breakdancing (Bboy Crisis for example). Its all about practice :) But I think the larger your body, the more muscle you'll need to support it, so try working out and practicing moves.

Oh my goodness I am a hip hop dancer and I am in the highest level. Which is hip hop 3 and also in the junior hip hop crew for companies. When seeing this it was the first thing that I learned in hip hop and I can't believe I found this when I was looking for break dancing. Hip hop and break dancing are mostly two different things from the studio I go to. Hip hop to us its groove, lyrical, or musicality and break dancing is basically something that requires more strength and skill than hip hop. But I can't judge on what others think so I will leave it at that.

People use hip hop as a catch all term too often and many people who teach "hip hop" really don't. Hip hop dance is meant to be learned friend to friend artist to artist not student to teacher
