For everyone asking for the teapot: it is made by a potter from Kyoto called Houzan, if you google "Houzan Shiboridashi" you will find one to order. If you will visit Kyoto one day, you can easily find his pottery in shops around Kiyomizu-Dera.

The last drop contains the universe. That is wise, you could be patient for the very last drop till the end of your life.

The teapot in the clip is known as a 搾り出し (shiboridashi). It is similar to the 宝瓶 (houhin) in shape, but the spout is different. The shiboridashi has just a beak, while the houhin has a strainer built into its spout.

I was under the impression that sencha was more of an everyday tea drunk in larger yunomi cups. Isn't gyokuro and matcha the fancier green teas?

Yo can brew tea normally, without the mumbo jumbo and still get statisifed. I also like to binge drink sencha which makes me high so i feel like i am floating. I am floating right now.
