If you have performance pages from the factory on your FCA vehicle and you suddenly lose access to that feature, this video will show you how to reset your Uconnect system back to factory default. This will NOT give you performance pages if you didn't have it from the factory.

This will NOT give you performance pages if you didn't have it from the factory. However, if you purchase a Tazer from Z-Automotive, you can enable a number of features like performance pages that were not included in your factory purchase. www.zautomotive.com/product/z_tzr/#security-bypass-modules

My 16 Challenger R/T Shaker lost the performance pages after replacing factory battery ( almost 8 yrs!) . Found your video, watched it and it Worked! Thanks A Million. U connect call support was no help. Said it was due to 3g issue, might buy a new factory radio but they weren't sure if that would fix problem, Horse Doo. Again Thank You for posting

Wow I actually stumbled upon this video. I’ve been without my performance pages for about 2 years at least. Now I’m back in business! The “Uconnect people” told me that dreadful news too, “oh I’m sorry that is no longer available” yes it is sucker! Thanks man, you have a new subscriber.

Great job. This was my exact situation. You solved it. I'm glad I did not have to call them. The reset did require me to re-pair my phone however, but that's easy.

Glad it helped ! Getting on the phone with them was a nightmare. So clueless about their own service. How hard would it be for them to tell people to try this reset procedure? They just blame everything on the wireless companies dismantling their 3g infrastructure.

Thank you 🙏 you really save me time and money. My 2015 VIPER performance pages were gone and I called uconnect, sirrus , and SRT Told me that I would need a software update and to go to the dealer who wanted to charge me $245 and I have to wait for the Viper tech. Also they said I have 3g and 5 g is the reason I don’t have the performance pages anymore. Well your video fix the problem. Thanks again.

Good Job!!! I went through everything you said with You Connect although the person tried to help, I basically was told I was out of luck, she gave me another # to call??? So I decided to hunt around and found your video. It took 2 tries but I did get the performance pages back. Although my phone wasn't paired anymore and all my pre set radio stations were gone. After a few minutes and a couple tries I got my phone back and reset my radio stations. My GPS is heading north and the car was facing east, I guess it will eventually find it self . So THANKS for the help!! 2015 Hellcat

Thank you so much i took my hellcat out today (charge the battery get the fluids moving)I always put the performance pages up see what she’s doing and it didn’t work called Uconnect 30+ minutes no longer available. What you said worked thanks so much

I unmarried and disconnected my tazer when I went through this, because I didn't want anything to interfere with getting my perf pages back. I had the same problem in both my hellcat and my RT because both were subscribed to the advantage Plus service, but only the hellcat had the tazer. Regardless, this same procedure worked on both cars, so I'm back in business with perf pages. Thanks Mike!

Had to do this the other day after being transferred to three different departments. I like being able to check gauges when doing a long road trip. FYI factory reset can also be accessed from the Settings menu but good to learn about this other menu.

@@CTHellcat the last person I reached was going to do some further investigation since she was being told by her management that Perf Pages was now owned by Mopar. She did take the time to reach out to Mopar support on my behalf which told her to reach out to Uconnect Support aka herself. I expect to hear from her today and I will inform her regarding factory reset option. Will also inform her about the nugget of info that it will only work if the car had performance pages from the factory. In my personal opinion they should release a software update that gives all 3G impacted vehicles performance pages or figure out a way to use your connect cell’s cellular like Ford does. If they do the latter it could potentially bring back some of the other Uconnect safety features such as 911 and accident detection. Finally it would also be great if they had an upgrade process in place to go to the latest Uconnect system to get some of the new features like Apple CarPlay. I did see infotainment was selling some but they warn 2015 models with heated/ventilated seats, heated steering wheel and sport mode would lose the ability to manually control them.

Is this for all versions of performance pages? I have a 2015 Charger RT Road & Track as part of the Technology Package.

I have a 2015 scat pack challenger that has same problem and it doesn’t have sport/track mode for transmission will this fix it or will I need a tazer to bring sport/track for the engine back?

I just upgraded to an 8.4 but I lost my sport mode. The sport button doesn’t bring up the green flag on my dash. Will this work for that if I don’t have super track pack?

So are you saying that you installed an 8.4 Uconnect display and after doing so you lost your sport mode? I'm not sure if this will fix that or not, but it doesn't hurt to try. You can also get a Tazer, which will enable sport mode, perf pages, and a bunch of other goodies.

@@CTHellcat yes that’s exactly what happened. I’m not sure why either since it came from another challenger with super track pack. But yea I’ve heard about the tazer I’ll have a look into that

This is the only way I know how to fix it, but this will only work if you had performance pages from the factory. The only other thing I could suggest is that you get a Tazer from Zautomotive.com

Do you know that factory reset also resets the body control module? Because I was having a headlight issue. And I was wondering with that correct the headlights from going on and on At random and not coming back on
