Water bottles or similar dispensers that are attached inside or outside the shipping container are not considered suitable for refilling. If food is not provided by the owner, our ground services staff in Doha will provide your pet with food every three to four hours (up to two hours before departure), while water is changed every hour (provided that the water container attached to the kennel can be refilled from the outside) on the ground between connecting flights. yes po, import permit will be process through Philippines Office and export permit will be process through Qatar Office. Based on my experience you can declare 3 pets in 1 sps. Anyway there is no advance payment applying the sps so you can try applying online if they will approve it.

But pwede nyo po check itong site animalcert.mme.gov.qa/check/ to check if you can download the certificate Usually after you pay it will take like 3 days for approval then you can print the certificate. It is possible to inquire about the status of the application (approval/ rejection/ fee payment) via Oun mobile app by enter the application number, in addition to printing the certificate.
