Bought one of these from Ebay. Not sure if he was the designer or not but offered them on his store. They work great! You did a fine job with your design. I also have a ISX 800. Great mower!

Where did you find those little swivels that's on the rod that lifts the chute? You did a really nice job on your mower ad well as your Dad's. I'm gonna try to do one for my Toro 60 in. Thank you for your time.

I'm loving this, part 2 had me worried that it wouldn't hold up but this looks great! Do you have the measurements for these parts or a link to the FB post? Also have you thought about making and selling the kit?

I ended up ordering a 12-volt 2-inch actuator and welded it up with all aluminum I didn't want a big handle sticking up

I no longer use it as I found living on land I just didn’t need it as much as I thought I would. But I made one for my Dad and he love his. Uses it every week for the past several years.

What is the joint/connector you used in the lifting mechanism called? What size rod did you use? Where did you purchase it? Great job! Thanks for sharing.

The joint connectors I got on amazon here is a link. Rotary 3/8" Male & Female Ball Joint / Tie Rod End www.amazon.com/dp/B06XXRT2TV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_A133EbSFDJXV8 The rod size is 3/8 inch. Thank you and you are very welcome.

jarocho moreno So these are the measurements I took: Main pole is 33 1/2, the rod with fittings is 34 1/2, the quarter round part is 4 3/4 and the handle is 11 with a bend starting from the top of the handle at 5. These are all in inches. I hope this helps. When I made this it was almost all my eye so I didn’t write down the measurements at that time.
