How to build a Dyna stunt bike (P4) inverted front end conversion
we start the install of Geezer glide inverted tree kit.
We user GSXR 750 forks and start the mock up process.
We are Kreusi Originals, We specialize in high performance Harley davidsons, custom builds, aftermarket parts, stunt riding, road racing, and all around goofy $hit.

I'll be following this for sure. I just got an '01 FXDWG and I was planning on a 19" up front with some more rubber and a brake upgrade but that front end is very appealing. My Triumph has the typical 180/120 combo on 17" wheels and it is way more compliant than the Harley.

Definitely the way to go. The wide glide is definitely not a very good handling motorcycle. The 41 mm wide front end is not so great and the 32° raked neck is also not so great. These are 0° trees so it should help with the rake a little bit and Stiffen up the front end

Not gunna lie I just did the bearings on my 02 low rider. Kinda the same finger blasting situation. But hey, they were clean and dry when I started and packed full when I was done. So the mess to get there kinda doesn’t matter. oh fucking well I’m another MMI victim. And it’s my bike. So fuck it. 😂

Sand paper on the bearing races? Brandon says "C'mon man". You can use a beater screw driver/pry bar and just beat those races out. I have the proper tool (special two half moons and a driver, which makes it super easy) but its not that hard. Put the two races and the lower tree in the freezer for 30-60 minutes and this shrinks the metal. the races drop into the head stock of the frame and the bearing drops onto the lower. Bearing packer is $15-25? please use a dust shield on top of the top bearing. I worked at a shop like this in 2010.

Aloha braddahs, I need this setup bad bad on my 03 dyna lowrider. It's pretty much stock anniversary dyna. Wanna come out to Big Island and trick out my dyna .lol 🤣🤣🤣 , for reals tho , how much to ship out that setup . I keep blowing fork seals and bottoming out w stock crap . May be a few dumb questions here but wanting to do this set up on my 02 fxd. 1. Is the axle needed custom unit or a standard Gsxr axle? 2. Does the stock Harley mag wheel work on that set up? 3. Seeing the fxd is a single caliper/rotor set up is there an adaptor or anything like that needed seeing it goes to a dual caliper front? If anyone knows that’d be real appreciated.

Afaik the front ends on dyna's and sportsters are the same. The OG super glide used a sportster front end so harley just stuck with it.

That’s hard to say. If you were gonna take this to a shop and have this built it would be very expensive. This is pretty extreme for a stunt bike. Easy 20+ thousand not including buying the bike.

Any form leg that is 55/50 I believe 14 to 17 is the best. You can also run the 17 and up with the nitrogen remote cartridges they are just a little more expensive but they are bad ass
