Great job

This looks like the old Revell Camel model I built in the early ‘80s. The one I had was in a plastic bag, attached to cardboard with art printed on it. It was moulded in dark green. I also had the red tri-plane Fokker. Same packaging (moulded in red).

Impressive results with basic techniques; you give me hope for my own attempt to get back into the hobby after 20-plus years. One correction: The Camel, like many planes of its day, did indeed have a rotary engine; the prop was rigidly attached to the engine and the whole assembly turned around the crankshaft, which was rigidly attached to the fuselage. Torque? You bet it had torque.

I recently built that kit and had similaar issues with the decals on the tail rudder. You did a nice basic build here. Cant wait to see your advanced build on the same kit!
