The way I have dealt with my scraps is that I put them in an envelope after each journal and include the envelope inside the journal. I let the recipient who finds the journals I abandon at Little Free Libraries and the Senior Center Take One/Leave One library decide what to do with the scraps. Easy peasy, win/win, I have no scraps to deal with.

I always learn so much from you Michele and I love to listen to how your mind works as you go about creating. I'm glad you show how to do a curved spine because for some reason I automatically do a rigid spine and forget about the curved spine which I like so much better. What a cute little journal you've made, love it!

I am in the process of making six vintage playing card journals at the moment from watching your video. My first card journals. I'm an Adobe Photoshop enthusiast and have made custom designed paper for my little journals with some fine linen backgrounds and vintage flowers. I would like to store these for gifts to give to my family and friends. My goal is to complete the whole deck of cards before Thanksgiving so I plan on adding some Christmas and holiday themed ones also. The possibilities are endless. Thank you very much for sharing your crafting with us, you have a pleasant voice and I can hear your positivity and kindness shining it when you chat.

You never have to apologise for a puppy. They have a lot to say & need to be able to say things. I used to tell my dog that he wasn’t to bark at night unless there was a fire, fred (our name for snakes) or burglar, because neighbours were sleeping. He was pretty good about it mostly, but he was wuffing more than usual one night. I forgot my own wuffing request & told him to be quiet. He still wuffed, and wouldn’t be quiet & I finally realised it had a bit of a “Mum you need to come look” sound to it, so I finally went out to check. And sure enough, someone had lit a fire partway up the street, trying to set a big section of bushland alight (luckily it was way too green). A rather sheepish me gave a very good puppy extra tummy rubs & treats 😊

I love learning how other “paper people” sort their scraps and organize their stash(es). I try to keep it simple, but let’s just say, I’m not there yet… 🤍🤍🤍 also, I would love to watch you sew. I’m not very good at it either, so not only would it make me feel good, I enjoy your commentary and thought process (and truly excellent instructions)

So funny... sometimes I think I'm more of a craft supply hoarder than a creator!!! 🫣🤭🤣🤗
