Yea I have a bunch of scrap that I really want to use up or get rid of soon. It’s time for another scrap wood purge. That way I have room to hoard some more. 🪵🪵🪵

Scrap wood projects are the best projects. Yeah, you could have used a router to cut the slot, but by keeping it to a drill and jig saw you made the project more accessible. Routers are spinning death machines and can be intimidating.

Yea that exactly why I used the drill and jig saw. I wanted to keep this pretty basic. I’m thinking about just hitting it with a round over bit real quick to just clean it up. I have more scrap wood on hand than I know what to do with. I really need need to either use it up or throw some out.

Clever build. I have not seen anyone else come up with the idea. How about adding a thin piece of wood to rest the phone on and behind the wood, attach a wireless charger. Then you can charge and play music. :-) Keep the videos coming.
