You should run 3 batteries in series and i do not think that switch can handle the amp's it WILL melt. You should run the esc's and wire one throttle to control both esc's. It would be more reliable and more power and speed on 36v. I ran a e100 on 40v with a 24v 300w motor from a razor gocart and it ripped hard and topped out at around 20mph!
