I would love a "meet the athlete" series with a video featuring one of your athletes talking about their training, maybe answering standard questions you ask all of them. Background, favorite lifts etc etc.

Speed is definitely one of the best tips to give anybody because I remember Jack the deadlift Ripper telling jujimufu that speed was the number one answer for helping people get a bigger deadlift. When I push the log bar overhead or am doing a zercher squat or deadlift, speed and bracing my coreklats are my only cues

Oh, for a second I thought the book and 5 hour course were totally free, not that they would come for free when purchasing another thing haha. But that first chapter for free is packed with good stuff.

Hey I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy the content GS produces My question is it's 15 weeks until summer and I would like to know how to get beach ready I'm 34 years old 330 6'3 former all American lineman with no pot belly but room for improvement. Any ideas to get my beach body ready?

Carb up and go cycling/rowing, as much impact free cardio as you want.

@@MasonShirey1 good answer because glycogen will feel the muscles and any stored fat hopefully can get recruited and slim him down without dehydrating him

Please answere if you can guys! Right now I have two football practices a week and besides that I have time for 2 maybe 3 gym visits a week. Should I go for upper body/lower body those days? Im in season that is.

Yep, but go lighter. Leave one rest day to fully recover.
