I don't understand this. Basically what they are doing is cardio. The only lifting is see are deadlifts and squats. I'm confused.

I don't understand. I have an exemplary lifestyle. I take vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, vitamins A, B, E, selenium, I train, I do weightlifting, I practice English boxing, I take cold showers, I don't eat sugar, I expose myself to the sun. I compete, I fight, but my testosterone level remains between 350 and 400 ng/dL. Every time I get tested, it doesn't increase. I don't understand why. Moreover, I have a very good physique, I gain muscle quickly, but I have no libido, no morning erections, no desire, and often feel tired. But I repeat, I have an exceptional physique. People think I'm doping. I don't understand this mess.

I'm 5 11 190. Soccer player 😂 Cant squat all that. Can't do much weight at all. Why??. Idk why I can't weigh any less. I feel stuck. I'm 190 pounds. I play foward. I feel fast. I feel strong. But I knk I'm slightly slower than average.

well yeah because soccer and football are two different sports football is much more dependent on being strong then soccer so football players need to be able to lift more weights in these movements
