That was a beautiful build. I don’t think I’ve seen someone use sticker paper before. Very clever. I loved how you worked with the metal, too, making it look so doable.

Nice idea! I think you built your jig for one pacific purpose but if you would lower the flat part your jig could accommodate larger work. I am fortunate to have a index head on my lathe and it is a plus! Nice video it gave me an idea!

Thank you for making this excellent jig available. I have a doubt, I printed the project and I think the guides for the lanes were too small, mine was only 36mm in diameter. Could you tell me the diameters of the guides, the wheel that will drill to place the lanes and this smaller piece you place behind the wheel to be punctured. Grateful.

Спасибо . можно было сверлить заготовку за 1 раз почти до оси . второй раз не пришлось бы сверлить середину .

Couple of problems- - spokes were never round, especially where they entered the nave. - spoked wheels were never flat- the fellows were in a different plane to the nave, and the axle had droop to bring the downward spoke to near vertical.
