the_perks_of_lyfe Great set up, I’ve just built a portable live well not long ago for the Boyne Tannum hookup to keep my fish live for weigh in. The bluetti would be awsome to run this for me. Great watch 👍🏼

Awesome project mate. Fantastic design for boats that don't have a live well.I'm sure many followers will make one now you have shown how easy it is. The AC2a looks like a ripper too. If we had one we would use it to run the Pie oven !! - @Stuward64

@binny1978 I’d use the Bluetti to power the Engels fridge in my boat to keep the beers cold. Great set up, may need to build one myself.

@shred_till_ya_dead I'd use it to run the same setup on the boat but in my home made Esky live tank. Also USB will be handy to keep the boom box charged out on the water 🤙🤠

Hey mate I think that would have been the AC 200a it’s a proper power house! I’m just about to release an episode with a new dc-dc charger that’s compatible with that unit allows you to charge via car, solar and the bluetti itself !!

is the hose for permenent insterlation option? would you not just put the air rater straight on the bilge pump?

If you are just after a portable unit yes but as noted this design allows for a install modification to allow it to also be hooked up to a boat with a high speed water pickup and external intake if you want to use it in a boat so you have the ability to use it anywhere and in multiple configurations 👌

Heya mate… I did mention it straight up in the episode. The reason why it’s configured that was is so I can also hook it up to an external high speed pickup/bilge on my big boat and run an overflow hose for bigger trips reef and marlin fishing. That’s why it’s a bit different to your standard setups it gives you the flexibility to be universally mounted in a few configurations.

Haha all good mate I wish I had a few beers building it the fridge is empty atm haha :) if you wanted to use this setup only for a portable unit you wouldn’t even have to drill a hole in it just run a bilge and upright spray head and could dunk that in just about any bucket or esky and you’re good to go 👌👌👌 just have to throw a fresh bucket of water in every so often to keep the oxygen levels up especially with bigger baits :)

Love it, super setup. Would be great for a tinny that doesn't have a built in live well. The Ac2 would look great in the Badger,. We would use it to power things like our new oven and squid lights that aren't hard wired yet @the_salty_bagder
