The financial advice here is solid, especially on the importance of starting early. To add, entrepreneurs should consider leveraging credit lines not just for cash flow but also as a strategic tool for earning rewards and building business credit, which can be crucial for future capital. Remember, it's not just about having capital, but also about managing it wisely.

Told my kids at 18 they need to be prepared to invest $300/mo in the stock market 8-10% for 10 years and then they can do what ever they want. Its a start. We're learning. MY GOAL is simply my kids live the life they want. They're learners, Im not worried about that, and we're poor now, so they're learning good spending habits, and Ive taught them all to sell on ebay while I learn other stuff. One thing at a time. My mom didn't know what she didn't know. So, we started unschooling. started a history archive collection, and have been trial and error on online. Love this stuff ... now.

Kevin and Staff, I just posted this on an interview Kevin did with one of the larger channels. But then realized, there are so many comments - it’ll never get seen. I’m going to be lazy by cutting/pasting it here because I think it mentions a valid piece that Kevin could spearhead. With as wise as he is, I do imagine it’s already crossed his mind and all of yours as well. - I love Mr Wonderful!!! My question is this…we have all these legal bodies, attorneys, past government officials, etc all saying this BS occuring in the political chaos is not okay and against constitution. (I also agree and feel it should be something that either side agrees on as well imo.) Anyways, when will ALL of these individuals that know the laws front and back come together and say enough is enough? Similar to what Kevin said in his interview about waiting for the adults to come out… I think these individuals would be the best adults to come out and stand up. With their knowledge, power and strength as a team, I am extremely confident changes would be made. I vote Mr Wonderful for VP 🎉

The clothes hack is a really good one. People spend so much on random shit they see in malls, wear it 2-3 times max, and it either gathers dust or you throw it out. And it adds up insanely, you just dont notice it because it's always only 40-50 bucks at a time. Just buy well made stuff that can be used in many contexts, and those will last forever.

Of course, the first couple they show just has to be an interracial couple. The message being sent is the casting away, by any means necessary, of the black family structure.

People know they should put money away and learn how to invest but never do . Buy an income property if you can that’s a great way to start the n work your way up to even buying a franchise. That’s what me and my husband are doing and so far have enough assets and passive income sources I am 36 and a multi-millionaire started saving at 19 . No college education just worked and invested over time grew my assets. Most don’t do this dot have enough discipline. Bought real estate properties at the right time when everything was about to go up . Bought my first property in 2012 8 unit apartment building. So far have 4 apartment rentals and I am only 36. Have money in S&P500 and little bit every were . People don’t Have enough discipline they are more concerned about keeping up with there neighbor. 2012 rates were low that was the best time to buy a property know with rates so high people are panicking. People never learn the difference between good debt and bad debt 🤷‍♀️

I can’t believe we have to explain these basic things to grown adults. It’s kinda sad, really. The fact that basic finance is not in the high school curriculum is completely ridiculous, borderline suspicious. I guess the course on gender fluidity is much more important tho…

Kevin has admitted on live tv that he lies on his financial documents. Hey Kevin! My house is worth $1,000,000 just because I said so. I'm going to take your advice and tell the bank it is worth that much, refinance to get rid of my PMI, and take out a HELOC against all the equity I claim I have! If I get sued I will say you told me to do it. If you are lying I will sue you for false advice!

Yes, the rich started somewhere unless they inherited their wealth. Note that he came from a middle class family and twice divorced mother who put two sons through college with no loans and died wealthy.
