How to Calculate Battery Life? (Battery Capacity mAh, Ah)

How to calculate battery capacity? How long will it power a circuit? I will try to answer these questions that we wonder in this video.

(off topic) when making a three phase inverter using capacitors to balance legs and using a idler motor to ramp the 3 phase motor to running speed will having idle motor running in the wrong direction for the 3 phase motor will it damage the 3 phase motor or will the 3 phase motor just stop running once the idler motor is disconnected?
