Sir only three possible gear ratio in this planetrybgear possible and in some video gear ratio is very complex such as 1±(driven/drive) not understood that please reply

Yes in deed! Even though different gear ratios are available, the usable ones are very few just as you mentioned. Some of the available gear ratio combinations are meaningless to use and hence are left aside .... two forward and one reverse is the common combination.
