Today I show you how to can tomatoes the no fuss no muss way. It would be nice to have all of the fancy equipment but I don't. If you do not grow your own tomatoes, you can buy bulk tomatoes at the farmers market and do some canning. Happy Canning!!

Thanks. My mom did a lot of canning back in the day in the South when her family owned lots of land. She also canned up north here in NYC

Thanks for asking. This book is not for sale. Unfortunately, this book has been in my family for over 60 or 70 years. You see how it looks. I don't even know the title of the book. What I remember as a child is that it was a red hard cover book and it is an American Cookbook. It is probably out of print at this time. Take care.
