Nice I trolled that area with my uncle back in the 80's. Had a blast, we did very well trolling at night with the old red and white 52m. Good times.

Great video on inshore trolling. I’ve been trying to get into those creeks but I barely make it into the mouth. The water levels drop fast to 2-3 feet at low tide

Great tips! I haven’t trolled like that for Trout before but I’ll have to give it a try. You can also catch a lot of Spanish Mackerel at the Mayport jetties by trolling like that!

@@SlotCityFishing yes! A pretty diverse array of fish from my dock. From Reds, to Black drum, sheepshead, LM Bass, catfish, turtles, eels, flounder, gar, you name it it's not consistent, but it is diverse!!

I heard you say something in another vid about launching from NAS Jax, I work on the base (FRC) and contemplated putting my kayak in there but I wasn't sure how the fishing was in that area. I have been tearing it up in that area. Trolling all summer but have the live Shrimp/Mullet bite dialed in the last three weekends. Inshore slams plus Black Drum.

The trolling speed keeps it off the bottom and it’s a sweeper jig made to drag the bottom. Thanks for the compliment.
