RULE UPDATE: As of 2024, copies of UNO are being published with an amendment made to the challenge rule. If the player being challenged has a matching card (a card of the same color) or a WILD, they are guilty and must draw cards as a penalty. The addition of the WILD is new.

Based on how the rules are written, no. Only cards of a matching color.

"If the player challenges you, then you must show them your entire hand to confirm whether or not you have a card that matches the color of the discard pile-Wild cards are considered a match, too." This is what is written in the rules, I just bought mine.

What is I don't have card form the top of discard pile but I have two +4cards and the next person challenges me in that case what does is considered as legal or illegal move

It is legal. The challenge only applies to having the exact color. You can play a draw four with other draw fours in your hand. :)

The challenge is a newer rule, and it’s not one I particularly care for. It’s up to you whether or not you play that way. ☺️

If the player who makes the challenge is correct, they still take their turn. If the player who makes the challenge is wrong, they draw cards and their turn is skipped.

What if the person who threw the draw 4 doesn’t have the color or number ur has a wild card. Then what?

Wild cards do not count in this instance. You can safely play a draw four with other draw four or wild cards in your hand.

@laddernose_orignal Yes, action cards of that color count. So if you have a red reverse that could be played, but you choose to play a draw four instead, you would lose the challenge if the next player chooses to challenge you
