Thank you, this video was a life saver! Me and the boys just finished a 10 hour day and had an hour ride home when the tire blew… we would’ve been another hour trying to find the damn jack and tire iron if it weren’t for this vid! Thanks and happy new years brother!

Take the jack handle with the square end and put it in the lowering mechanism and it fits perfectly you turn it with your tire iron

To lower my transit spare wheel I took a carpenters spade bit, 25mm, ground down the point and ground the edges until I got a good fit in the winch socket. I then put the spade bit ( it has a hex shank) into my power drill and lowered the wheel, its even better at lifting the wheel back up. I hope this helps someone.

Yes and because I'm an idiot I didn't know that the square end is actually what fits into it's into the tire lowering thingy. Literally all you do is take the tire iron and stick the square end in and then crank it. I had no clue until after I made this video. I will eventually make a new video and delete this one.
