Thanks for the very informative video. I am a complete novice and I used your video to replace the broken gearbox on our ERA lock. It was very straightforward using your guide, and the job took around 20 minutes, and that was including removing the old lock from the door, replacing the gearbox, and then refitting it all.

Hi needing help replaced mech tested before putting back in but the cylinder doesn't lock, but I all works when it of the door.

How do i order the exact one I need? There's no product code on mine

When you put the metal strip back in what to do if it does not line up flush with the composite door and has a slight outward bulge?

hi how to change the handling, because the one i bought is opening from out side the house with the handle but not opening the door with the handle from inside the house, could you please tell me if there is anything setting in the lock needs to be changed?
