+junior paul you could, although i never would unless your fitting a temp guage your risking it overheating. Check the thermoswitch. If not i think theres a fan control unit on this model. All else i can say without more information is that Iv had a of lot of quads usualy if theres a problem with something coming on rarther than not working theres an issue with a physical componant rarther than wiring although if it is wiring it rarely gets resolved to factory unless you really spend some time on it.
