In this video, I've shown you how you can change the default 2-factor verification from google prompt to another method. This can be helpful if your prompt doesn't work or if your phone gets stolen or lost. Then you can remove a device from your account easily by following this video.

This google prompt thing is the problem idk how someone signed into my gmail account and yes now they are added in the Google prompt which means even if i m changing my password they can sign in idk how to Remove them ...they are just there if someone can help me please help 😭🙏

Google prompt as default is a problem. Once i was outside and needed to open map and find a location in emergency. So, just as I opened my phone, I saw a Google prompt asking me confirmation to login my account. I was in hurry and I was bothered and about to confirm so that I can use the map app. But thankfully, I saw that the location was from another country.! And that was someone trying to login using my email address. And Google made sure it was easy to make mistakes. Nice.

Damn wait u were really lucky i don't even remember myself receiving any such code and i didn't even bother to check my gmail account until i noticed some sus activity and i saw someone device is signed in to my gmail and google prompt which means they have access to my acc ... and even i tried changing password but it was of no use since they cam just sign in with there Device this whole settings or Google promt is so stupid now I don't even know how to remove there device from Google promot

Step 1 Sign out of your Google account. (Very Important) Step 2 Turn off 2 step verification. Step 3 Turn back on 2 step verification. Google will allow you to choose the phone text message. Google will no longer prompt you by email.
