Though I am a Hindu by birth but I am a Buddhist by heart and nature. Lord Buddha's continence fascinates me. Recently visited Mcleodganj, the aura of His Holiness Dalai Lama's Temple is still fresh in my mind. I love watching all these videos. Great.

Hello , I have an illness since I were born . I met alot of doctors but it's not gone away. Doctors said I have nothing wrong with my body . I did x ray ... etc a lot of that. It's 16 years today. and I come here for self healing. I hope I can see the light after I broke my self in many pieces. thanks you !

Might be useful for whoever can accept it. Leave the thought about self centered; What's wrong with my illness or body, why I'm not healed? Why none doctor could cure me? Are they stupid doctors? It can folow building anger in your mind where those negative thoughts effect to your body cells which produce consequently worsen and slow down your healing. Instead .... Develop positive thoughts such as loving kindness compasion to everyone. It sound naive but when you are sick and could still care others by praying for who have suffering / illness, hopefully they could get happiness / healing. Your postive thoughts Automatically produce good cells in your body.

The paper analogy was on point.. because it folded back at the last second. Dont power through your bad habits. its a losing battle. Try to change your enviroment to make those habits less appealing. Other strategy is to replace those bad habits with good or (temporally) less damaging ones.

Master Rinpoche, I too have been a book reader.. and I never watched television.. so.. a book a day was my habit most of my life.. 5 books going all the Time.. the internet came along, at first it was just universities and text only.. access to all the libraries in the World.. far out man.. Smartphone technology brings the internet to every person on Earth.. it's the greatest combination since cans and soup... it's mostly free information.. all those books.. science in actual science papers.. I have been sick for 23 years in bed.. I read.. and look for new information.. because that's what makes me happy... television teaches people to be passive observers.. shut the mind off in favor of someone else's thoughts and ideas.. it's definitely habit forming.. much more than anything else in our society.. it's global.. it's not accurate information.. but if you have no other information.. how can we know?.. and.. you know.. all the kids are doing it, right?.. must be OK.. at least with a smartphone you request the information you receive.. random thoughts 🤔.. thanks for yet another great teaching video.. and this opportunity to say.. turn off your television.. please.. you will be glad you did 🙏Namaste ✌
