Great video, thanks for that. The two smaller tapped holes in the disk rotor are for M8 bolts to jack it off the hub - they are a real help for stubborn disks, but "tactical taps" still needed as you'll strip the threads or shear the bolts if you rely on them alone.

I’m onto my 3rd L200 and treated myself to a series 5 barbarian Black edition . It’s 5 years old yet only 35 k on it and like showroom co Siri on with one owner . I love these trucks as there great value and look awesome but more so easy to get parts cheap and easy to fix ourselfs in the driveway .

Any surface that's metal on metal I'd coat with copper grease (back of brake rotor, bolt shafts) to prevent seizing. Future you will thank you.

I think you can avoid the disc replacements if you change the pads in the right moment, great video, thanks from Puerto Montt, Chile!!

If you observe closely you notice that the wear indicator on the inner pad didn't produce the warning sound yet the outer pad was completely worn out. He must have been waiting to hear the warning sound which never came.

Yep both wear indicators had snapped off at some point so never got them to do the indicator squeal
