If you could tell me was there a gap in the oil filter housing when you went to reinstall it up underneath the top part I guess it doesn’t seat all the way down for some reason… I noticed that on my JetSki when I tried to reinstall a new oil filter as well I’m just trying to get some insight on it I have a GTISE 170 also

@@exploringourwaterways you’re welcome. Or you can lower the music volume on the edit or remove will be great. I think in general the best is to buy something like DJI mic. Mic give the best quality audio for videos.

Hi great thorough video, Ihavecquestion about torque specs.... is it necessary to torque down the nut on filter housing?. Also would like to know same about changing the plugs..... so many videos out there with different methods same motor.

I would tq them down. Here are the specs per SeaDoo. Reinstall the oil filter cover and torque bolts to 9 N·m ± 1 N·m (80 lbf·in ± 9 lbf·in). The plugs you typically want to be around 15 ft lbs. I dont go crazy on plugs in fear that I pull threads from head.
