So the hub/bearing is part of the rear rotor? If so, that means every time you buy a new rotor you're buying also a new hub and bearing.

no. it can be replaced only the bearing. but u need a press. Also in the video at 2:53 he indicates the wrong torque seting for the central bearing 30mm nut. Its not 105nm. 105 is for the etrier suport star screws. corect seting for the central 30mm nut is 175nm.

you didn't realy replaced the bearing. You encourage waste of material for nothing. because if you replace the brake disk you need the replaced them in pairs. waste of money and replacing parts that don't need replacing.
