Mine crashes and doesn't replace any colours. I just wanted to make some black and yellow hazard lines :(

I like your videos but when I tried to do this I found an option in the pattern selection area to set its color -- no need to use the color replace tool. I'm using InkScape 1.3, so it seems they added this after you made this video?

Yeah, this was the method we had to use back before the pattern editor came out in 1.3.
