I use the narrow end of the tool to push it in instead of using finger or fingernail :)

Can we change the straps of any collection/model to another one?

You can see that written on their website : "All of our watch bands are interchangeable and can be easily swapped. Our carefully selected assortment of straps allows you to change the look of your watch depending on your style, mood and personal preference." Which means that you can change your strap with any other model that belong to the collection of your watch (Petite or Classic).
