Acura systems vary so much, you have to have the specific year and nav, or no-nav system instructions. This obviously works on the 07, but I guess not on other models/years.

I got in this morning and the clock is completely changed for some reason. No issues with the battery since everything else is fine but when i try to change the time it stays at 00:00 no matter what i do.

This does not work on my 2008 RDX TECH PKG. It's driving me crazy. I found the clock adjustment section. And found the time adjustment area. When I select it, it shows that it's 12:00, which it's not it's 4:20. But if I adjust it, it reverts back to 12:00 on the screen but maintains the time on the dash.

I have the same issue. doesn't matter if I pushed plus or minus for the hour or minute button.....They just goes back to 12:00. Have you found a solution??

i found an easy solution. Disconnect the battery (black ground wire) plug it back in exactly at 1:00. but you will need the code for your radio and Navigation system.

For thos of u wondering... So I chkd it out and u have to go into Navi screen first and accept it then when u go bk to the setup screen the "more" button will be accessible

@@ebonyyoungblood33 I found out it's because I've/we've got the updated navigation software CD loaded. I guess it doesnt allow us to manually change the time. It always adjusted the time automatically whenever I disconnected the battery except the last time. So i seriously just unhooked the battery like 4 times and it adjusted itself again. Hope that helps. I got an 05 Acura Tl with the navigation.

My 2008 TL won’t let me change the time it randomly changed to a HR ahead of real time I’m trying to change it back 1HR but it won’t change when I touch the + or -

Same car same year as you. Just a day or two ago the time changed. I'm going to try to pull the DVD out and see if that helps. It's not like I use the 14 year old nav anyway. LOL

This is crazy! My 08 TL just did this on Sunday. Went an hour ahead all by itself. My "MORE" button is grayed out because the nav system is broken so I am guessing I am screwed.

Just got an 08 TL Type S, press the setup but screen does not have the more touch option, just the calander and map option.

@@ThaTypicalNord mine says navigation unit door is open or no dvd disc installed. please check system at first power up. It then will go black if left alone. I can push audio and it works to play music but when I push the setup like instructed the more isnt able to be selected. My battery went dead in my car and Im about to just black the WAYY wrong time on the clock out with electrical tape. It makes my irks, irky.. HAHA.

@@ThaTypicalNord ok so i found my dvd player and when i tried to eject the disc it just made a urhnn noise and nothing came out, im going to call acura lindsey in the morning and ask if there are replaceable dvds avaliable for purchase. ooof. i cant handle it. hha

Does the car need to be put in park or off on what please we get to the settings can get all the way up to where u are in the video but the clock refuses to set it stays at 00:00 and will not change
