Unfortunately many many of you lovelies watching my channel, suffer with miscarriages. One question I get a lot from you is, how do I chart after a miscarriage? If you are watching this, you most likely have suffered a miscarriage recently. Let me therefore start with sending you a big big hug first and then lets answer your question.

Thank you for the hug! In 2021 I had two early miscarriages. One in April at 7w 5d, another in August at 6w 3d. I spotted after miscarrying both until my hcg hit zero. It went on for weeks afterwards. It was really hard. I'm just grateful I naturally passed both because with the second, a d&c was in question if I didn't miscarry in a certain amount of time. It was worrisome. I honestly thought this video was going to be more about charting after a miscarriage and how to make it less daunting and miserable. I hate charting now. I am just so tired of looking at my cycle. It stresses me out. It has been a little all over the place since the miscarriages and so has my periods and pain and cramping. Its all different now.

I had a miscarriage on Easter morning. I wanted to conceive again straight away but my LH “surge” was quite weak so I seriously doubt I ovulated last cycle. My first period just ended and it was the weirdest one I’ve ever had. It was 10 days long and started looking JUST like implantation bleeding and then turned into the heaviest period I’ve ever had. I have no idea what to expect anymore but I’ll keep charting and hope for the best next cycle.

This is a great video and it confirms what I suspected. I experienced a very early loss last cycle (at roughly 4 weeks). I used my cm as well as a ferning on my fertile scope to know when I was ovulating for the following cycle.

Thank you soo much!! I just went through my first miscarriage and first pregnancy early March and it is very difficult to even understand ourselves what we are going through . I was 9 wks 5 dys when it happened I bled the two weeks as they told me , but my ob told me I would have a longer period since my period usually last 7-8 days and are very heavy but I got my first period it was only 6 days and not a lot of blood . Which has thrown off my charting and my ovulation also came in later than it should I’m still trying to figure it out but I’m hopeful it would go back to my normal schedule.

Thank you for covering this topic. I have had 7 miscarriages over 10 years. And 2 successful pregnancies. I rarely ovulate effectively the cycle after and it can take up to 3 months for my cycles to normalise. I have had tests for hormones, clotting, antibodies, ultrasound all normal. I am 34. I would appreciate any advice on unexplained recurrent early losses x

It's 7 months after the d&c & my cycles are all over the place. I get ovulation signs but it's just not resulting in a pregnancy. Please do a video on irregular cycles after 10 week + miscarriages. I'm losing my mind trying to find out answers on why my body still isn't balanced.

I need information on chemical pregnancy, in January I had 5 different hcg test all faint positives, I was 5 days late . Also a positive opk that same day I tested! It’s what lead me to do hcg test. But later that day it got really faint and next day disappeared, I got my period 2 days after. Now I’m now 52 and I heard you can get false positives at my age due to peri menopause??? So now idk if it was a chemical or just my body going crazy, I just recently had another positive hsg test (3) same brand and my ob test my blood same day and blood was negative. I was 2 weeks late this time! Ob said I was not pregnant it was a false positive. Do you have any information on peri menopause and false hcg test???? I never heard of it till now

I was lucky enough to conceive the month following a miscarriage, got sperm up me one time, I used fresh donor sperm, got pregnant and stayed pregnant.

I have baby 4 in July 2021 and I seem not to ovulated right. My cycle is all over the place. N I got 2months of LH "serges" but not getting pregnant n we use softdisc. I normally have to take birth control for couple months then try again. Any other facts or tips to get back to ovulated right or get pregnant

I have a question pertaining to ovulation charting I had a miscarriage at 15 weeks April 17th i had my d&c and I bled for about a week. I started ovulation testing may 2nd. My first test wasn’t positive however Premom charted it as high .83 I took another ovulation test the next day and Premom charted it as my peak 1.39 I tested again may 4th high 1.13 and may 5th 1.19 then 5/8 low .58. I still had hcg in my system. Could this have been a valid ovulation?? I had egg white cm during this time and ovulation cramping however still had hcg in my system and only two weeks after d&c

After completing the contraceptive and IVF drugs detox, my husband and I conceived baby #2. Unfortunately, at my 8 week appointment, we found out our baby passed away. My body didn’t recognize the loss. My miscarriage is considered a missed miscarriage. Im having a D&C tomorrow morning. My heart is broken.

I got miscarried at 6 weeks. On May 17th I started getting brown discharge for 5 days and after a week I started bleeding heavily on 29th May and continued with less spotting and again on 13th June I started getting my periods . seriously not sure what is happening in my body . But yes am going to give some time for my body to heal at the end we also need to be taking care of our body ..

So the period u got on 13 june was a normal period (technically second period after miscarriage)..????? Or something else? Even i am having same issue..

do you know if FSH, AMH is affected or accurate in the first Cd3 right after mc? or the month or so afterwards?

It could be affected yes due to the stress and the trauma to the uterus (big or small).

Your video came right on time! I had a missed abortion, we found out at our 12 week ultrasound that our baby's heart had stopped at 11 weeks. This was March 17th. Since then I had 2 rounds of medication in March and april, a d&c at the end of April, and a hysteroscopy may 17th. Our baby was born during the first round of medication, but I had retained placenta that wouldn't let go. I suspect it is because my body didn't want to let go of our little baby and of the pregnancy.. I have been charting my temperature for 4 days now, and it does not make sense to me. I have no hcg in my body anymore, but the temperature goes up and down 0,2 degrees Celsius every day. What could be the cause of that? Tha k you for your kindness and empathy, it has helped me tremendously during these past 2 horrible months ❤

That is heartbreaking lovely, big big hug to you. As for your question, this sounds like a result of the stress in your body. Over time you will be able to recognize a pattern probably and if it stays like this, look into the adrena;l stress module on my chart interpretation course. Take heart Ilse!

I had a miscarriage 6 months ago. Since then i had 4 periods. My cycle was ranging from 32-35 days. 3x of my periods were on time on 32 days. My last period was on day 39 and it lasted for 3 days instead of 4!. I thought maybe it was hormonal imbalance this month i am using clear blue digital since 8 days i had high fertility flashung smiley i am on cd 28 and no sign of ovulation! I am worrird if i am ovulating. If. My body is regulating how come i had 3 periods on time!

Hello. I am 42 y/o now and just had my 3rd miscarriage last week. And my HCG is at 2 now. So my question is, is it really that the more I get older the more I am gonna have miscarriage again? Cause me and husband really wanted to have another baby but with all of this things about age and risks, I am so afraid to try again.. Is there anything I need to do at this point to avoid another miscarriage? Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to get periods 2 weeks following miscarriage... I had a miscarriage on 14th July, bleeding was stopped after a week,I started bleeding again on 28th July(same like periods)

So technically Was 28 july period was your second period after miscarriage ??? Or not ??? Was that normal .. what did doctor say ?
