Eeeshhh didn’t appreciate the video, it’s super misleading for sooooo many who are estrogen dominant. She is mentioning fix the cause….. but fails to go into depth on what can be done, and the little she covers for adrenals….almost sounded condescending You aren’t doing anything with a naturopath….. does she realize that not all locations have these types of providers? We barely have western medicine here in rural Wisconsin and I’ve had a progesterone issue since 21 years old. Also we all know saliva testing is best for hormone testing.

What if someone has never seen a positive LH test but there is that rise in temperature, does it mean they ovulated or is it just a progesterone normal increase through the cycle?

How I knew the difference between implantation cramps for my body at least was that even though they were similar to period cramps, the implantation cramps were slightly sharper in nature and also every time I got period cramps I would DEFINITELY be getting my period the next day, but when I got pregnant I had cramping over a period of several days and my period never started, then I knew I was pregnant! But that NEVER happened before for my body, otherwise I didn’t have any symptoms until I was six weeks pregnant, but since that was my first pregnancy I don’t know if I’ll have the same experience again or not when I have another baby

I’m so grateful for your videos Fleur. They definitely gave me hope during my 5-year TTC journey and 3 miscarriages. Praise be to God, I’m feeding my almost 1 year old very healthy and active son as I’m writing this message with one hand. Lol Please don't give up hope despite what your doctors and anyone else may say. I remember when my doctor only gave me 2% chance of conceiving naturally. I laughed in his face and told him he wasn't God. Six months later I became pregnant for the 4th time with my now living child. Thank you again for your wonderful videos!!!

Very interesting video, thanks! I am 35 - I believe my mum and grandma had their periods till around the age of 50. I have never taken any hormonal contraceptives - my period was on the short side 22-24 days when younger but now is between 26-28. It's always been very light and very short and very regular (day 1-2 medium flow, day 3-4 light/spotting). I use the device pearly to track fertility and I know I ovulate regularly at around day 12-14. Had some hormones checked due to some acne on my face but nothing came back wrong. Was told when I was a teen that my ovaries looked multifollicular but don't have PCOS. I have a very healthy lifestyle and diet. Never really thought about having kids but maybe one day...if it happens :)

So much yes to this!!! Life gets so busy and overwhelming at times and the thought of "having" to jump in bed can feel like the last thing you "feel" up to doing. Turn some music on or not and cuddle up with your partner or take a bath with them and wash them. You'd be surprised how desires can rekindle once you simply take that step in effort towards intimacy. It actually increases the desires and frequency of intimacy! Now, go get cuddling 😅

I also want to add that I'm very thankful to have found your channel. I confess, at first I wasn't sure about you because you just seem so young but your personality and knowledge has shown to be beyond your years. You're a blessing to those of us that are of a more "mature" age than most of the regular young Mama's looking for answers on YT.

I love your content. I dislike the term "fall pregnant" my OBGYN used it would my last pregnancy (miscarriage) and it makes me shiver. The term implies uncontrollable. Both of our pregnancies were carefully conceived. Many cycles charted, 2 different (and different strengths) ovulation meds, sperm analysis, so many cycle day "21" blood works.... We achieved our pregnancies.

I had high progesterone levels on day 3 of cycle. I’m aware only now that this should have been tested after ovulation. My question is why was it so high? What does it mean? And based on your video if it’s all about balance then how do I go about doing that. Thanks
@FertilityHomeopath10 күн бұрын
Oh yeah that is surprising, shows a hormone imbalance potentially. Start with charting if my free course Your Fertile Window and take it from there, maybe onto the Clues in Your Charts & Prep for Baby after or alongside. It starts with an inquisitive mind and you're doing that already!
