How to Check and Repair of MAN CABIN A/C.

Sence we are entering in summer season with extremly hot wheather especially in the middle east,
I made this video to give a basic tips and information on how to troubleshoot and repair of our cabin a/c.
This is just a simple video and i hope you will forgive my explaination on each topic

The air conditioner separates on its own after a quarter of an hour from leaving the car, and it takes a long time to start and work. Freon was detected. The circuit was cleaned and recharged, and the same problem.

Hello sir.i was incountered 3x in my units here that the brake light is not working and brake is not good at the same time.the problem is the footbrake valve.to be honest im not really sure but i think the brake switch is together in the footbrake valve.

Hi I got a problem in the high and low in gearbox, they don't make air sound when you switch them neither high or low, I checked the harness from all sides, changed control unity ptm and edc, and the Mechanic changed the block on the gearbox, do you have any idea?

Hello sir, That was also happened in my 2 units here.1 is the deffective valve block and the other one is cut cable harness.

Have you checked if the supply of the high and low piston has air?

@@jlcworkshop I did yes, and I found ground wires beside the battery have little rust I cleaned them up and it's working perfectly now, thank you bro I really get more advice Form your videos 🙏🏻

My friend, about your previous clip. Code No. 3775-02. Where is the problem from? Diesel pump or sensor. Knowing that the car is running. for a very long time. And then I get code number 30775-02. And turn off the car. There is no energy.

the problem sir is with the water separator filter, because the spring is missing so thewater separator filter is floating and it block the fuel supply hole in the filter casing

Just check first the fuel supply and the metering unit.

Sir good day sayu anu kaya problema nang AC nang aking truck pagka subrang init hindi na nang automatic ang clutch pan.. tapus wala nang lamig ang AC.. salamat sir lagi aku na nonood as mga vlog mo sir

Sir.magandang araw sau.kapain mo nga sir ang tubo na malaki na nanjan sa katabi ng ac.filter.tingnan nyo kung malamig.kc kung malamig baka lagi nakabukas ang valve ng heater mo.tingnan mo sir yong valve ng heater mo baka putol ang wire.kailngan kc yan lagi may supply ng kuryente.tingan nyo rin kung ok paba ang ac. Clutch.

Hello sir.if there is vibration in the gear,the possible problem is the gear or bearing inside the gearbox.check the gear oil first if the oil is clear or not.
