I have been beyond thankful for the 12 weeks PP plan. I knew I had diastasis recti after having my twins. I had a very noticeable belly pouch and lots of back pain. The program has changed everything. I've seen my abs start to come back together and my abs flatten out. I had no idea there were different measurements before this video the depth was a new concept.

I am 2 months postpartum with my second baby and on week 2 of the 12 Weeks PP Plan. So far I am loving it, though it is definitely challenging me. It feels so good to exercise again. This video is just a small taste of the most impactful videos, workouts, meals and more. Ashley has been incredibly helpful in my post partum journey x 3. As a medical provider myself; one of the things I most appreciate are the facts she implements into her videos and workouts. There are times I am listening and think-"yep she nailed it". And in the same breath, as a wife, mom of 3 and someone who works outside the home, her videos/workouts are set up for success, raw truths, and results. As she often says--if your goal is to be the best version of yourself as a wife and as a mom--I highly recommend following, taking the time to learn from her videos, and making the investment into her workout programs. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for Ashley/Glowbodypt! I had horrible back pain from my scoliosis during pregnancy when I started the prenatal plan. I’m not kidding, after one video my pain and mobility improved, and after a couple of weeks, the pain was totally gone. I’ve since done the 12 week post pregnancy plan. I had a 4.5 finger gap that was down to 1 finger after 8 weeks!! Currently, I’m doing the 10 minute plan, and I’m amazed at the progress my body has made in appearance and also in strength! Nothing has ever helped my back pain like these plans and Ashley’s stretching/mobility videos. Also, the mom cookbook is INCREDIBLE!

I would NEVER have known what Diastasis Recti was if it were not for Ashley's Pre & Post-Natal workout plans. Not one medical practitioner ever mentioned it to me! Because of Ashley I learned how to take care of my abs during and after my pregnancy, and am vocal to all women about Ashley's tips and precautions. I plan on log-rolling to the side until I die! Thank you Ashley!

I have been very involved in my gym for years before having my first baby. I was into heavy lifting and bodybuilding up until the week I gave birth. I was worried I would lose my fitness postpartum because of being a stay-at-home mom and not being able to make it to the gym as often as I want since my gym has no childcare. Well, the 12 week PP plan alleviated those worries! I have never been so challenged in fitness! Ashley is so motivational and knows her stuff. I can see more definition in my core since starting her program, and I can't wait to move onto the 10-minute plan and Firm 30! The information in this video is extremely helpful. The midwife told me at my 6-week appointment that I had only a 1.5 finger gap, but when I got checked by a pelvic floor PT weeks later, I was informed that my gap was actually 3 fingers at the bottom. That was so disheartening, but I am glad I now know how to check myself so I can monitor it! I just finished the 12 week PP plan and am going to redo phases 2 and 3 to close the gap further before moving on. Ashley has been the best resource for my postpartum journey!

I have never been keen to exercising until two years ago when I injured my knee. I started doing few exercises but they never really challenged me. When I got pregnant and found Ashley's videos I was beyond happy. I really felt great I loved the workouts, and her words of encouragement and wisdom helped and taught me so much. Never before I even heard about diastasis recti. I also just completed 12weeks post pregnancy plan and I am in my greatest form I have ever been. ❤️

The timing of this video is perfect! After having my first c-section due to large twin babies I was told I have DR. Exactly a year ago I decided to try the 12 week program - Ashley was so supportive and responsive and I loved the workouts so much I that I continued to do the workout for 3 rounds. NOW, back to the reason the timing of this video is perfect....this morning I graduated my 3rd round of the 12 Week PP program and had my annual Dr. visit this afternoon. My Dr. checked my DR and I'm down to a 1 finger gap (basically healed)! My Dr. told me if I have any more babies to do the PP workout again. Now I get to officially start the 10 minute plan next week!

I LOVED Ashley's 12 week post pregnancy plan. After following her through the free KZfaq pregnancy program I knew I could trust her to get myself back after baby. I remember being excited to buy it as a gift to myself and not one thought of buyers remorse. Before I had my daughter at the end of 2023 I had a hernia repair and I was nervous I'd lose my core strength through a year of healing from surgery and then having our daughter. Her videos pushed me to get my strength back, my core back, and all around my physical health. Tough workouts, a great coach and the mom cookbook you won't regret it. Thanks Ashley!!! ❤

I wasn't sure how having a second kid so close together would effect me! I'm so grateful for your expertise in the prenatal plan AND the amazing 12 weeks post partum plan. I literally felt like a stronger runner sooner with my second than with my first. Decreasing DR makes a big difference aesthetically, but the biggest change for me is functional!

I have still never heard a medical professional mention diastasis recti in all the prenatal and postpartum care I've received throughout 3 pregnancies, so I am thankful to you, Ashley, for educating us so well! I completed the 12 wk Post Pregnancy Plan for the 3rd time a couple months ago and can testify to its effectiveness!

I’ve checked for Diastasis recti with my last pregnancy, but never felt like I full closed it or restored the integrity. I appreciate how Ashley’s video fully shows how to check for both, and am looking forward to completing the 12 week PP program to close my gap. Week 1 is done and I appreciate how it’s under half hour but such a good workout. It takes the guesswork out of what to do!

I am 10 weeks postpartum and have been doing Ashley’s PP plan since 5 wks PP. I have unresolved diastais recti from my first pregnancy three years ago. This program has been such a blessing because I have an actual plan to follow to heal my diastasis recti without having to worry about doing exercises that could potentially worsen the condition. In addition to the program, I have started physical therapy to further my progress. I was pleasantly surprised that a lot of the exercises in Ashleys PP program were the same as the exercises in physical therapy. Thank you for this wonderful program!

I honestly thought I was never going to feel myself again. My doctor never even showed up for my 6 week postpartum check and they just gave me the go ahead with no check up. I had no idea I even had this and it could have been avoided. Luckily Ashley taught me everything and it has seriously changed my life. I always go back to the exercises even after finishing her program because they always work. She knows the science behind it and makes it doable keeping in mind we are all mothers.

I am currently going thru the 12-week plan, (finishing up week 4). I was a gymnast in my teen years--I'm small and a person that just naturally likes to skip and jump and spin around while going about my day. I became very overweight with my second pregnancy. I did not realize at the time, but I stopped jumping and skipping and spinning around (because of the excess weight, being so heavy, and not having muscles to shoot me around). A couple days ago I noticed I was skipping and jumping and spinning around again while cooking in the kitchen!!!! I was so encouraged because I had been losing weight thru diet, so I'm lighter, but what I noticed is that I had muscles in my bum and thighs shooting me around! This is only week 4 and I already feel like i have strong muscles backing me up in the every day moments of life. Thanks Ash for helping me to flutter around my house again in my natural way!! 🥰🧚‍♀

I WAS checked for Diastasis Recti after all my babies [praise the Lord for great midwives]! But was never given in depth instruction on how to go about rehab. This was: 1. A WAY more thorough analysis or how severe (or not) my ab separation was. 2. A more in depth description of WHAT Diastasis Recti even is! 3. Effective way to measure progress! I discovered GlowBodyPT after our third baby, have done the 12weekPP twice and the ten minute plan, then the advanced runner option. Honestly, my core is stronger after baby #4 (now 20 months) than it was after baby #1 (7 years) Thank you Ashley for caring about our mom bods, so we can run around with our kids (and grandkids)! 🙌🏼🤗

After having 4 babies in 3 years (includes a set of twins), my abs, back, and pelvic floor were in rough shape! After completing months of physical therapy, I finally worked up to doing and completing the 12 week post pregnancy plan! I love the updated version. I feel stronger and more energetic! My abs seem to have closed down significantly, from a 4-5 finger gap after having twins to now 2.5 finger gap at the navel with a knuckle deep in the middle. Much much better from where I started a year and a half ago! Can’t wait to start the 10 minute plan now! :)

I've been following Ashley for years (thru 5 postpartums and 4 pregnancies, I found her after my first pregnancy). I'm still saddened by the fact that this is not a standard of care check for women postpartum! This is something that should be done. I've felt so incredibly confident of my body, my strength, my capabilities as a mom or a woman or a small business owner after following her. Each plan is WORTH it! The work pays off!

I first found Ashley when I was post-partum with my first, and looking for exercises to heal diastasis recti. I started her pre-natal plan when I was expecting my second, and have not looked back since. I have all of her plans, and love every one of them. I now have four children, my oldest is 5 and my youngest is 1. I am stronger and more toned after baby 4 than I was after my first, even though I was working out then, as well. My DR has healed after every one of my kids, thanks to Ashley's 12-week post pregnancy plan.

I agree with other commenters that the only time diastasis recti was mentioned to me throughout my two pregnancies and postpartum periods was a brief check by my OB at my follow-up appointment, where she said I had it but it would close on its own. I'm beyond thankful to have found Ashley's far more helpful content that educates us on what the reality is: for most women, it won't just magically close on its own, and there's a specific way to train the abs to progressively knit them back together. As a professional dancer, it's been really important for me to get my abs back in shape as quickly as possible. I'm happy to report that I have a 1-finger width gap or less at all sections of my abs thanks to two iterations of Ashley's 12-week postpartum plan! I am also stronger and more fit than I've ever been before, even after two babies, thanks to that plan and her other fitness plans. It's easy to follow, well-structured, and very encouraging, and the amazing results of so many other women totally speak for themselves.

I'm working through her updated 12 week post pregnancy program and am so thankful for it. My PCM didn't appropriately check me for DR and I was grateful for this program to ensure I didn't make it worse and I stead resolved it. :)

DR was not even talked about in my previous generations 😢 Now I’m severely struggling. I mean, mine isn’t that bad, about a 2.5 gap. But I have been dealing with horrible back pain, hip pain, basically all the joint pains. I don’t think they’re all directly related but DR doesn’t make it easier 😢 so far into week 4 of your 12 week PP program! Loving every minute of it!

I randomly came across Ashley's pregnancy plan and loved it so much I knew I needed to purchase the postpartum plan! It felt so good to not have to think about if I was doing the right exercises for where I was on my journey, I also love the fact that it's all progression work. I wasn't very knowledgeable about diastasis recti and she has taught me so much just by following her programs. The recipes that come with the post pregnancy plan are also AMAZING and very realistic for a family!

Ashley’s prenatal workout were effibg great for me. I had an easy labor and only pushed for 30 minutes. Baby slid right out. Currently 4 weeks postpartum. So happy Ashley made this video. Can’t wait to fix my diastasi recti with Ashley’s program

This was so informative! I didn’t know integrity could be measured by how far your finger can go into the ab gap. I rechecked myself just now after completing the post pregnancy plan for the second time about a year ago, and I’m doing pretty well but probably should revisit some of the ab workouts as I work on the 10 minute plan. The 12 week post pregnancy plan really helped me prioritize my health and encouraged me it’s not only okay to work out with my kids awake, but GOOD for them to see my taking care of myself so I can be the mom I want to be. I began seeing fitness as functional, not just aesthetic, and that mindset shift has helped me prioritize it more!

When I started your program I had a 3 inch gap. When I was done it was 1/2 an inch. Absolutely wonderful program!

I have found Ashley's workout plans to be so empowering for me as a mother. I want to be able to chase my children and swing them in the air and jump with them on a trampoline without having to sigh and think, as I was told would be the case after having children, that "leaks are just normal, you learn to live with them." That is absolutely not true, and I am so glad to have found a set of programs that is dedicated to motherhood and being in the best shape so that I can be able to take care of my children without worrying that my body will give out.

Such a great video about Diastasis Recti! I’m SO so grateful I found Ashley and Glowbodypt in the middle of my first pregnancy, because after following her free prenatal plan with both of my pregnancies, then her 12 week post pregnancy plan after both as well I can confidently say that while my body has changed, I don’t have any problems with my abs or pelvic floor! 🙌🏼😂 Since then I have also done her free 21 day challenge a few times and I’m now a few weeks into Firm 30 and I feel stronger and more fit than ever! I've had 6 pregnancies and was never checked for nor told of diastasis recti. I'm thin and lean but thanks to seeing these videos I know I have it! Looking forward to doing the 12 week PP plan and recommending it to others even though my youngest is almost 16!

This is so helpful and I’ll definitely use the information given after I have baby #2. I used your 12 week post pregnancy plan after baby #1 and it was so nice to be able to do workouts that I knew were not only safe for my core but strengthening them to get back to normal. I then went on to do the 10 minute plan, the bonus run a faster 5k plan included, and LFSC plan all within the first year postpartum. Not only did you help me strengthen my core, you’ve also helped my knees and I’ve been running better than ever before! And that’s all post C-section!!

I’m going through the postpartum plan for a second time with my third baby. Last time I was able to successfully close my gap and proceed to more intensive training. I wish I had known about the postpartum plan with my first. I felt so much more capable in my physical abilities as a mom after completing the 12 weeks.

After Baby 1, no one, not my OB, not the trainers at the gym, not anyone else trying to give me advice mentioned this to me as an issue to look out for. My OB certainly didn't check me for it. I was regularly coning during workouts years after and didn't know what that meant. Didn't learn about it until pregnancy nr. 2 when I found your prenatal plan and started making modifications based on your videos. After baby 2 and the postpartum plan, I no longer had diastasis recti! Now I'm in the third trimester with baby 3 and definitely bookmarking this again to check where I'm at when it's time to start the postpartum plan again!

Ashley’s 12 week postpartum program and informational videos like these allowed me to heal my DR after my 3rd baby from almost 4 to 1.5 fingers. I just wish I would’ve known about her after my first pregnancy with my twins as it would have made such a huge difference in my recovery.

This is a great resource for moms for checking their abs! I double checked mine again - I’m in the “healed” range after 2 pregnancies but I still need to work on mentally connecting all my core muscles!

Ashley helped me immensely post partum! I started her programs over a year after having my 4th baby and NO ONE ever told me about or informed me about diastasis recti like she did! She is a wealth of information, trains you like no other and pours Godly wisdom into you whiles you’re exercising. My FAVE thing about her videos is that her kids pop up in them (which mine love) and you know she isn’t ever going to say anything or wear anything that I don’t want my kids exposed to! She is THE BEST OF THE BEST!

During my last pregnancy, I bought this amazing plan you created that has tried and true results from so many women and unfortunately did not take the time for myself after baby and do it…,but after this one, I am going to hit it running! I seen the affects of not taking care of it in my current pregnancy by not taking care of it right away. I started showing WAY faster, I pee if I blink 😂.. & so on…I’m motivated more than ever! I’m thankful you have made it available to help so many of us(:

You need to watch this video! i love the information and advice Ashley gives, i could not find this information anywhere else on diastasis recti and i am so thankful that i found Glow Body PT. I feel so much more knowledgable and empowered by her videos and her 12 week Postpartum Plan. It is worth the small investment for the amazing results and support you get from Ashley. Looking forward to starting the 12 week plan again after i have my twins!

So helpful! I’m finally a couple weeks into the postpartum plan even though I’m now several months postpartum. I’m loving it so far and am hopeful to strengthen and heal my core. So thankful for Ashley!

I am 8 months PP and never thought I would've gotten back to my pre-pregnancy weight so quickly. Ashley's 12-week PP workout plan ensures that I am using what little time I have as a busy mom to efficiently and effectively rebuild my body from the ground up since giving birth. (I had to take almost an entire month off due to moving and all the craziness that comes with that, but she walks you through how to regain what you lost if you miss anything--it's so flexible and clearly lays out how to complete her plan even if you are down and out temporarily!) On top of that, while she walks you through your workout, she also gives helpful tips and tricks to live a healthier lifestyle or even a few mom hacks that have been super helpful. As a believer, I also really appreciate her authentic faith and her boldness to talk about it all throughout her content. Thank you, Ashley! You inspire me!

This video was so helpful for me to check my diastasis recti post pregnancy and help me track my progress through the post Partum plan. I made excellent progress with the plan (considered "closed" but was still feeling kind of deep to me- but this was then fixed as I continued on to the 10 minute plan)

Such a helpful video. I am a PT and have checked many DRs but this is a great video for a self check. Many people don’t think about the depth as being such an important part of TA strength either

Love this plan. 2nd time doing the postpartum plan, and I remember seeing and feeling the difference last time. Also loved your pregnancy plan- I have never been so fit during pregnancy as I was with my 4th. I had terrible sciatica in 3 previous pregnancies that I didn't experience during this past pregnancy. The exercises really DO help with functional motherhood!

This is great advice and I loved doing Ashley’s prenatal program with my third pregnancy. Before that, I knew practically nothing about DR. I will say though that sometimes it’s really helpful to see a local pelvic floor physical therapist who can develop an individualized plan for your specific needs.

I found Ashley and her workouts when pregnant with my 2nd. I had such weakness in my abdomen after my first and I could never figure out why. She has taught me so much and her workouts took my DR from 4 fingers to completely healed with the 12 week post pregnancy plan. I'm so grateful to be able to play and jump and run with my kids again without the worry of leaks or back pain! 🙏

Incredibly easy information! Thank you, Ashley! I found out that I have a 2 finger gap, and have been working at closing it. Currently 14 weeks postpartum, but am confident that I can make some good progress while using Ashley's PostPartum plan. I used her Prenatal plan too with amazing results! Thank you for this information and the beautiful plans.

Thanks so much for this video! I really appreciated describing the gab as a jumping trampoline, and not a bowl of jello. My ab gap has closed big time after doing the 12 weeks PP plan, and I feel it making bigger progress now that I'm doing the 10 minute plan. Thank you!

I'm going to wrap up my first trimester - I have been using your videos for the last month and found so much meaningful content about pregnancy, fitness, a family life - I looooove seeing how your children join you during your workouts, and how sweety and calmly you include them (and how responsible they are, especially handling chores)! This is my first pregnancy (unplanned and blessed!) and I thought having an elder sister who gave birth 2 years ago would give me enough updated information about pregnancy and fitness. But neither her nor our doctors have told us anything about Diastasis Recti! As someone who wants to maintain a fit pregnancy, your free fitness routine from the 8th week pregnancy has been a TRUE BLESSING for me! As someone who has consistently exercised, I am happy to find your workouts fun and challenging in just the right way - I enjoy a good challenge! I'm so happy to know that I can get all my happy hormones and glow post a great exercise session with your videos :) I'm hoping to save up enough for your paid Post-Partum plan (the currency exchange rates!), I trust the Universe that it'll keep guiding me and helping me find all the good teachers I need in my journey! I'm so so glad that my sister introduced me to Glowbody PT! I had a baby 5 years ago and never even knew about a Diastasis recti ab gap.. I did however know that I could no longer jump on a trampoline! And found it really hard to not have a leaky bladder when trying to do running races. 4 years after my first pregnancy I was determined to find help and sort out my pelvic muscles. THEN I fell pregnant again with a second baby blessing! I am 31 weeks now and have followed Ashley's Prenatal Fitness programme since 8 weeks and have absolutely loved it! I will definitely be doing the Post Natal Programme so that this time I address my Diastasis Recti Ab Gap finally! Thank you Glowbody PT!!!!

I’m currently pregnant with baby #3, I’m an ER nurse, and athlete. My last pregnancy was with twins and I knew what diastasis recti was but had no idea I could repair it! Excited to do the 12wk pp plan when I’m cleared after birth.

5 kids in 6 years including twins. I used Ashely’s program after both of my last two pregnancies. Just checked again, 1.5 fingers wide right at the navel, none anywhere else, depth doesn’t even come to the first knuckle. I’m still working on building strength in my core, but I was so impressed that as I progressed from the postpartum plan to the 10 minute plan my core got stronger and stronger and I shocked myself with how easy pushups started to feel. I had a hard time with them before I ever had kids, never would have imagined I’d be stronger at 38 with five kids.

I’m really enjoying the postpartum plan! With my previous two kids I’ve struggled with knowing when my abs are ready for planks/crunch type moves, so it’s great to use a plan that I can just follow along.
